About Rolly's Brownies
Rolly’s Brownies is based in Weymouth on the Dorset Coast, it is the online shop for Rolly’s Cake Company. Founded in 2009 by Helen Rollinson, Rolly’s Cake Company aimed to supply delicious homemade cake made with local ingredients to local people.

The reason Helen set up the business was because so many people commented on how amazing her chocolate brownies were and in 2012 they were recognised with a gold award and “Best Sweet Bakery” in the Taste of the West Awards! In 2013 the online shop Rolly’s Brownies was launched so everyone in the UK can now enjoy these award winning brownies too!
The best local ingredients are used to make Rolly’s Brownies including free range eggs from Sherborne, organic stoneground flour from Stoate and Sons in Shaftesbury and butter from Craig’s Farm Dairy in Osmington.
Rolly’s Brownies are handmade and baked to order, they are then wrapped to keep them as fresh as possible and placed in a beautiful presentation box. To ensure they get delivered in perfect condition they are posted in a tube – so there is no chance of squashed brownies! You can customise your gift with a little card and message.
Each box of brownies contains 6 pieces weighing just over 400g. As well as sending boxes of brownies, we can also do larger orders including brownie towers for weddings and parties. Helen would be very happy to discuss any requirements you might have.
